Just 5 blocks from the Grand Street L train, this 20,000 sqft building boasts multiple shoot rooms, an outdoor garden space, a rooftop and it’s very own prop shop with some of the finest handcrafted furniture in the world The main room, a 7,000 sqft open space is perfect for large scale productions or photoshoots. Fully capable of driving cars into the space. In the back, is a 1,600 sqft private outdoor garden. An additional 5,000 sqft space (divided into two rooms), referred to as the Rum Room (an old rum distillery) is adjacent to the main room.
This can be rented independently or together. Upstairs on the second floor are multiple 1,600 sqft rooms that can be rented out for photo shoots, staging, dressing area, hair / makeup, etc. The 20,000 sqft rooftop is also excellent for all types of shoots w distant views of NYC.
